I started B&D Education because I wanted to provide learners with the personalised support they deserve. Throughout my experience in education, I have seen that every learner has the potential to succeed when they are given the right guidance, encouragement, and learning approach. I am passionate about helping learners build confidence, overcome challenges, and discover that learning can be both enjoyable and rewarding. Seeing a learner grow in confidence, achieve their goals, and believe in their own abilities is what inspires me every day.

For learners with additional needs, I use a calm, patient, and flexible approach, breaking learning into manageable steps and celebrating every achievement along the way. My goal is to create a positive environment where every learner feels safe, supported, and excited to learn.
